A Mouth Watering Menu

You’ll find a mouth-watering display of pastries, salads, soups, sandwiches. If you come too late, you might miss out on our famous breakfast biscuit with egg, sausage, and Mystic Melville cheese.


We start baking and making for our customers in the wee hours of the morning. If you pass by on the way to the train, you will be sure to catch a delicious whiff of our made-from-scratch blueberry muffins, our daily scones, or our award winning brownies. Take note, if you order an espresso drink with added flavor it is most likely a concoction made by our kitchen wizards who hand make our chocolate sauce and syrups. They create flavors such as gingerbread, pumpkin spice, vanilla, cardamom and many others.


After an impressive online interview, Sarah Boone landed the job as head chef and kitchen manager of Ashlawn Farm Coffee. She graduated from the highly regarded Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York, then traveled the US and baked for some of the finest restaurants. After a stint at Basin Harbor Club in Vermont, Sarah moved to Utah to bake for Deer Valley’s Goldener Hirsch Inn and at Robert Redford’s Zoom. Several years later, when she was wisely considering returning to her glorious home state of Connecticut, she applied for the job with us. Naturally, Sarah wowed us in a remote interview, and the rest is history. She continues to please the throngs of Ashlawn coffee geeks who expect no more than a perfect cup of coffee and surprisingly get our famous breakfast biscuit egg and sausage sandwich, delectable muffins, and a myriad of other breakfast and lunch offerings.
